Adobe -- Customer Service on a (tight) Budget

So I am trying to read some IBM documents with Adobe Professional so I can highlight stuff—I have had it for several years and installed in on two, maybe three computers. It’s been working on my Fujitsu Lifebook for two years now, and suddenly I am getting a notice that I have activated it too many times.

Working the Adobe automated phone line I am told I don’t have the right amount of numbers in the activation code I entered. Besdies the grammer—it should be number, not amount—it didn’t work the second time either.

Got transferred to a call center and listened to music for five minutes. Then got a new activation code. That worked for about 5 minutes. Now back on the chat line, or the music line—not very good music either.

Crap service.
